Runners for a Cause is a global movement dedicated to raising awareness about Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) and funding life-saving surgeries for children in Colombia, Honduras, and across Central America. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Historic Jackson Heights, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this event directs 100% of proceeds to helping children with critical heart conditions.

We are proud to share that alongside our mission of healing children in Honduras, we also host Run for Little Hearts at Flushing Meadows Park in Queens—an inspiring community event that brings people together to run with purpose.
We were also thrilled to partner with CityTri during their Halloween Run, expanding our reach and raising even more awareness for children in need of life-saving heart surgeries. 🎃❤️
